Shipping Policy
All books are printed and shipped on demand from our third party printer. This means that they will not be shipped until printing is complete. Shipping will vary depending on the location of delivery and the service that is selected.
If ordering in the US, you will have our 'Standard' production option which means Paperback/Perfect Bound books will take 3-5 working days.
There are currently 2 US delivery options from our US printer, these are USPS and UPS, both will show estimated time frames for delivery before you order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our books are printed and shipped on demand. As a small Print-On-Demand Bookstore we cannot offer returns. All Sales Are Final: Once a customer purchases a print-on-demand book, the sale is considered final. We do not accept returns or cancellations.
Reason for No Returns: Our books are printed on demand, meaning they are created specifically for each order. As a result, we cannot return them to stock once they have been produced.
Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure the quality of our print-on-demand books. If you receive a damaged or defective book due to a printing error, please contact us at myemotionsarenotme@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will promptly address any issues related to product quality.
Defective Merchandise: If a customer receives a book with printing defects, misprints, or other issues caused by our production process, we will replace it at no additional cost to the customer. Our commitment to quality extends to rectifying any problems caused by our end.
Non-Defective Returns: Customers who decide they no longer want a book they ordered (even if it’s in perfect condition) are not eligible for returns. We encourage buyers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.
Avoiding Returns: Having a clear and concise return policy listed on our storefront can help prevent unnecessary returns. By setting expectations upfront, we aim to minimize the need for returns.
